Ingredients
1 pound cake, sliced into ¾-inch slices
melted Smart Balance® Original Buttery Spread
1 can (21oz.) Duncan Hines Comstock® Simply Cherry Pie Filling & Topping
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Directions

1. Brush pound cake slices with Smart Balance® Original Buttery Spread.

 

2. Grill or broil until toasted, about 5 minutes.

 

3. Blend vanilla extract and cinnamon with Cherry Fruit Filling. (Heat, if desired, in a small saucepan until just warmed.) Pour over pound cake slices. Sprinkle with chopped pecans and dollop with whipped cream.
